<THE PATH_PLACED>

I have been a very busy person and likely to build a castle in the air all day. There were always so many things to do or had to do and I constantly felt impatient without any particular reasons. ‘Draw something on the paper,’ which used to be my favorite thing do to, suddenly became the actual job to me even before I noticed. And the job made me more fragile and sensitive to any changes around me.

The job is now became an overgrown and dominant tree that lost its way to go. So, I decided to cut it down completely and start over.

<THE PATH_PLACED> is a record of process and another form of contemplation. To show the action of drawing thin lines and placing small dots or repeating process of picking up, rinsing out, and placing crumbled grits on certain places are my ultimate purpose.

Excluding any profound meaning or grandiose interpretation, I want to genuinely feel the time, space, and the memory within me with the integrity towards my works and acceptance of what I have right at this moment.
